Deliveries & Returns


All orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm are dispatched same day, all other orders will be processed the next working day. The items will require a signature, or prior authorisation to be left in a safe place otherwise a card will be left and it will be your responsibility to re-arrange delivery.


Fashion products delivered to the UK are free of charge (excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands and offshore Islands). Our estimated delivery times are:

  • Fashion: 3-4 working days


Fashion products delivered to all other countries are set at the chargeable rates below. 

  • Fashion: 5-7 working days
  • Europe £9.99
  • Rest of World £19.99


Naturally, we hope you will be delighted with the products you purchase from us, but, if for any reason you want to return anything, you can, within 14 days from the day that you receive the items.

Once an order has been placed ( you have completed the order online and we have sent you an Order Acknowledgement email ) it cannot be stopped. Any errors must be corrected using this returns process.

Due to the fast-moving nature of our product range, we cannot guarantee exchanges on products returned to our warehouse. If the item is faulty or damaged, please follow the instructions in the Faulty or Wrong Items section below. If you are returning something and need the same product in a different size or colour you will need to place a new order online for the item you require. Your new order will be sent to you directly and we will process your refund as soon as we receive your item.

  • Repackage the products you wish to return, including the completed returns form on the dispatch note and post it back to: Returns, Independent Leaders Ltd, Beggars Pit Dairy Farm, Birchgrove Road, Horsted Keynes, West Sussex, RH17 7BS.
  • We will refund the value of the items returned using the original payment method as soon as the products are received. Refunds usually take between 5 and 7 working days, although in some instances, slightly longer.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.


If you have received a faulty or wrong item, please notify us within 14 days by emailing Ensure that in your email, you include the following information in your subject field: order number and reason for return. Please also include further information on the request and your contact info in the body of the email if needed.

Once we have received the item, we will resend you another item and refund the incurred delivery costs using the method in which you have paid. For refunds of incurred postage costs, you will have to provide us with a receipt. Please send this to us with your order number by email to

Please note we only exchange faulty and incorrect items. If the item you require is out of stock, we will provide you with a refund.
